Documentation that holds up at claim time.

PineReport is the incident logging system carriers and brokers refer their camps to. Structured, timestamped, GPS-tagged, and photo-attached — exactly the evidence chain that closes claims quickly and in your insured's favor.

Why partner with us

Better evidence means better outcomes on every claim.

Camps that document well are camps that defend well. We make the documentation easy enough that they actually do it — and structured enough that you actually want to read it.

01

Faster claim resolution

Adjusters get a clean, structured PDF or CSV bundle within hours of a request — not weeks of back-and-forth with a camp office searching through binders.

—38% avg time-to-close on incidents logged in PineReport
02

Fewer disputed claims

Tamper-evident timestamps, GPS data, witness statements, and photo attachments leave little room for "he-said/she-said" reconstruction at deposition.

0 disputed claims from customer camps since launch (2024)
03

Stronger risk profiles

Underwriters see a pattern of consistent reporting, near-miss tracking, and corrective-action logs — the kind of signal that supports favorable renewals.

Documented in 14 customer renewals this year

Exactly the evidence chain you want to see.

Every record produced by PineReport meets the structured-documentation standard insurance counsel asks for at trial. No reconstructed timelines, no missing pages, no "we think it happened around 2pm."

What an export looks like

One incident. Everything an adjuster needs.

Below is a redacted sample of a single incident bundle as exported to a claims handler. The full bundle includes original photos, audio statements, and a verification log.

How a partnership works

Three ways we work with carriers and brokers.

Pick the model that fits your book. We're flexible — but we're firm on never paying for referrals and never compromising customer data access.

Model · 01

Referral program

You point camps in your book toward PineReport; we give them a 15% Year 1 discount, a dedicated onboarding contact, and a quarterly aggregate risk report you can share with your underwriting team. No referral fees. No data hand-offs.

Model · 02

Premium credit program

Several of our carrier partners offer a small premium credit (typically 2–5%) at renewal for camps that complete a full season on PineReport. We provide verification reports directly to your underwriters with the camp's authorization.

Model · 03

Co-branded onboarding

For brokerages with a youth-program practice: we'll co-brand an onboarding bundle for your camp clients, with a custom landing page, joint webinars, and a dedicated account contact for your team.

Send us your book of camps. We'll make them easier to underwrite.

30-minute partnership call. We'll walk through a sample export, the discount and credit programs, and how onboarding works for your camp clients. No commitment, no sales theater.
