Pricing questions.

No mid-season surprises. You'll get a heads-up email when you approach your tier limit, but you'll never be cut off or charged extra during your current term. At renewal, you can either stay on the same tier (we'll work it out) or move up. We've never force-upgraded a customer.
Our pricing is already designed for non-profits and municipal day camps — the $300 tier was built for exactly that audience. We don't run additional discounts because we don't want camps to feel they're getting a different product than the next camp over. The price you see is the price every camp at that size pays.
Camp budgets and software budgets both work on annual cycles, so we keep it simple: one annual prepayment, billed at the start of your season. If you'd like to talk through a different arrangement for organizational reasons, contact sales and we'll work something out.
Credit card and check by mail. For purchase-order workflows (common at municipal and faith-affiliated camps), we issue an invoice on net-30 terms once you're approved.
Really. 30 days free, full product access. We take a card up front and you can cancel anytime before it ends — no charge if you do. We want you to use it on real incidents during a real session before deciding. At the end of 30 days you'll see one email asking if you want to continue — that's the only sales contact you'll get during the trial.
If you've signed up and decide within 30 days it's not the right fit, email us and we'll refund the full annual fee. Your data is yours — we'll export everything to PDF and CSV before closing your account.
